Returns and Refunds Policy

Amani Ya Juu has a no refund, exchange only, policy within 7 days of purchase for non-perishable products. The tag must be attached to the product and the original receipt must be presented with the date of purchase.  Sales are final for perishable products from the Amani Garden Cafe and no refunds or exchanges will be made.

In the unlikely event that your item reaches you faulty or damaged, we will be happy to take it back and refund your money.  Please wait until you have spoken to our Customer Care team before returning anything to us.  Have an image of the faulty item ready for when you speak to one of the members of our Customer Care team. 

Amani Ya Juu reserves the right to refuse exchanges where it is deemed by us that product misuse has occurred or the item has been used.  An item claimed as faulty must be returned to us for testing, and in the event that no manufacturing defect is present, the item will be returned to you. 

Amani Ya Juu can not offer refunds on jewelry and face masks due to hygiene requirements.

You may exchange a returned item for something else or a credit note may be issued for the full price of the item returned that you may use towards another purchase at another time.
